Timothy Sykes | Success Strategies Of A Millionaire Stock Trader | Chatting With Champions Timothy Sykes is the CEO of Millionaire Media, author of the blog TimothySykes.com and the best-selling book An American Hedge Fund. At the age of 22, Sykes became a self-made millionaire when he turned his $12,415 Bar Mitzvah gift money into $1.65 million trading penny stocks while studying at Tulane University.

In 2003, Timothy founded hedge fund Cilantro Fund Partners LLC, before exiting the industry to teach students how they can be successful trading penny stocks. He was named to Trader Monthly’s 2006 “Top 30 under 30” and Barclay ranked Cilantro Fund the #1 Short Bias Fund for 2003-2006 and he has been #1 ranked of 60,000+ traders on Covestor 2007-2012.
